JD Techniek in Emmen has its own machining workshop for both conventional and CNC operations. Thanks to our in-house machining department — equipped with, among other things, a 3-axis milling machine — we can quickly and professionally produce new components for our own overhauls and for our clients. Whether it's a single piece on a conventional lathe or larger batches on CNC machines, no job is too small or too complex for JD Techniek. From broaching a keyway in a sprocket to manufacturing a completely new shaft or producing 250 custom locking pins — we deliver tailor-made quality.
The major advantage of our machining workshop is that we can produce not only based on your sample or sketch, but also deliver a complete product including a digital drawing. Advanced machining techniques
CNC
Due to the growing demand for serial production, we invested in a Style semi-automatic machine in 2019. This allows us to produce series with consistently high quality and flexible production planning, ensuring we always meet your delivery times.
Surface and cylindrical grinding
For machining blades, valve slides, and other products requiring surface grinding, we use a surface grinding machine capable of handling parts up to 1500 mm. Fits of shafts and other components up to 500 mm are precisely finished on our cylindrical grinding machine.
Lapping
When extreme flatness is required, we can lap products up to ø150 mm. Both flat and polish lapping are possible. The achieved surface finish and accuracy are unmatched: we check flatness using an optical interference pattern and ensure a burr-free finish.
Ultrasonic cleaning
JD Techniek offers ultrasonic cleaning for both steel and aluminum components, including O₂ cleaning. Contact us for more information about the possibilities.
